jSMPP v3 #175

I see a version 3.0.0 of Maven, for jSMPP, while there is no mention of such in the "release" section of Github. What are the differences compared to 2.x releases? Any breaking changes?

Mean reason what to support SMPP 5 and use some more recent Java version.
