issues integrating VPC with compute instance or network resource with elastic loadbalancer(classic) #22

Hallo,

The opentelekomcloud_vpc_v1 resource cannot be integrated with the opentelekomcloud_compute_instance_v2 and subsequently trying to integrate opentelekomcloud_elb_loadbalancer (classic loadbalancer) with the opentelekomcloud_compute_instance_v2 does not seem possible. can this issue please be looked at
