[APIG] Request for New Features: Enhancements for API Gateway (APIG) Management

Hello,

Our current workflow revolves around managing API Gateway (APIG) instances and their associated functionalities. To optimize these processes, we propose enhancing the following features:

1. Introduce the ability to manages multiple ACL rules of the same type under an APIG application.
2. Introduce the ability to manage an APIG application quota resource under an APIG application.
3. Introduce the ability to bind one or more applications to an application quota.
4. Introduce the ability to manage an APIG SSL certificate resource.
5. Introduce the ability to manage the APIG instance routes.

We eagerly await the launch of these features.
