Cannot access my staked Tao #1301

Hello I followed the steps to stake 9 Tao by following this: https://bittensor.org/delegated-staking-step-by-step-guide/

I staked 3 before adding another 6 to make the stake 9.

When I went to the chainstate to see my staked Tao there was nothing listed there.

I then went to unstake to try and retrieve but nothing came back.

I am not overly technical and struggling to know what to do.

This is still not resolved. I will try other ways to contact for help.
