As a non-developer, I'm launching an inquisition that incentivizes secure internet access by merging elements of monetization and web usage backed by querying a decentralized Bittensor node to analyze network traffic patterns to optimize resource allocations. AI can boost throughput and reliability through the allocation of dynamic network and computational resources in real time to areas experiencing high service demand, and by optimizing the routing of data to reduce congestion, they can improve bandwidth and latency. This is a rough summary, I hope this sparks some development ideas!
