We get this message if the coldkey has stake with a hotkey which either:

Is a delegate
Is someone else’s hotkey (for Ex, Alice staked to Bob’s hotkey on Netuid 1)
Is my hotkey but not present in my wallet (for example, Alice added stake to her hotkey (default2) but it got deleted from my wallet later on.

Revamped the alerts message to reflect this after investigation.
