Adds fixes and improvements

• Adds aliases to all applicable sub commands as per older convention (swap-hotkey -> swap_hotkey)
• Fixes no_cache not being able to set thu args
• Adds aliases to del_config functionality
• Adds prompts when creating wallet (instead of getting thru config)
• Adds warning when interface is being init thru local network
• Fixes wait time in unstaking multple hotkeys / fixes balance conversion
• Improves strings for readability
