[x] Copy the wallet structure from bittensor;
[x] Transfer all related files;
[x] Create setup.py to be able to install the package;
[x] Get rid of all bittensor package dependencies;
[x] Transfer config.py from bittensor (consider deleting or rewriting);
[x] Code refactoring;
[x] Adding unit tests for all modules
