We should add automated fuzzing to the CI particularly to catch bugs around matrix operations and unanticipated combinations of extrinsics potentially.

AC:

[ ] pick a fuzzing library/crate
[ ] get fuzzing working
[ ] get fuzzing working automatically in the CI
[ ] profit?
