Empty Responses #27

I've gotten more than one empty response from this system, that is not good. There is no way to confirm the upload in that case.

I've just done two uploads:area_MYID_20211018145110.csv and area_MYID_20211018145510.csv After uploading each file the response from the LCB server was a completely blank page, it was a zero byte response.  As of yet, I've not received any error emails -- but I did expect to get some. These empty responses are a problem because then we can't get a screenshot with the upload timestamp.  It's why I've also asked for a UNIQUE ID to be provided by your system.
