Now this is updated, and it's giving back a completely empty value for the LicenseNumber field.
Sent an email to the LCB with upload file, error-response file and full error-reply-email along with this message:
Notice the error file has no license numbers in it.
I'd noticed a few other files where the response columns were empty. I was investigating as if we'd dropped data on upload but, I couldn't find any. Here, we see that CCRS is dropping data somewhere in the pipe-line.
The 'Duplicate' error messages are expected, it's the only way to verify that items are in CCRS.

When uploading data for licenses that have 10 character license codes the error messages only contain the first nine.
"Upload w/10 Character License Code; Error only has 9 Character code"
