Error Emails are not arriving #42

I've uploaded via automated way, manual way and haven't received any errors -- even for files that ABSOLUTELY should error. Have also reached out to other integrators as well as other licensees that manually upload. Haven't received any of these emails since at least 2022-09-05.

Another integrator (RK) reported some messages are taking up to 36 hours!

CCRS is experiencing a significant growth of use nearing 35%, and at the same time the historically cyclical upload patterns have shifted in favor of constant server load. The LCB Development team has identified an opportunity to improve system efficiencies and is currently testing these file processing updates to ensure a seamless deployment.

The LCB does recognize the value of these emails being more timely; we are undertaking efforts to improve processing time. With that said, this is not an outage: CCRS is still functioning as it was built. The ticket created for your inquiry in to this will now be closed.

This issue appears to be resolved now; the files a processing now within 24 hours.
