CyanogenMod setupwizard #15

Because of google Gapps no opensource , So if we wana to realize some special feature(eg:setupwizard) , we need an OpenSource project to porting or realize by ourself (maybe);

Now i find CyanogenMod setupwizard maybe matchable for us ;

Today Work Include 3 part as below

*  Communicate with UI about some res file for startupmenu and system app picture;

*  Help fengjie to CVS SystemUI code (use git)

*  Coding EmindSetupwizard and run successfully(need UI to produce some res picture);
