Linux compile script, custom plugin, few changes #8

Script for linux compiling using xbuild from Mono package. A few folder case sensitive changes. PluginCustom for further changes. Display filename if plugin settings fail. Allow update otb to the same version. This way it'll be possible to create missing items and reload attributes.
