This is the fix for the NPC Trade Window Item Subtypes

Looking at this patchset many years later, I see that it (as is) introduces way too many changes at once and is conflicting with current codebase. Current line delta is '+86,590 −1,072,308' which is unacceptable.

I will close it instead. If you still want to get changes in, please update this PR with a reduced set of changes and let us know.

Thinking about it, you may have wanted to submit a PR against the legacy branch. If so, please submit a new PR.
