Idle Timeout -- When the player has been idle for longer time then idle Time allows.
Ex: Player say Hi and no do any action in x seconds, then npc say bye and close fuctions and clean any advanced storages types.
Missing this fuction and others in Npc_Handler.

This is not a bug; this is the tibia global behavior... I believe it doesn't make sense to have this since after 15 minutes of no action the player is removed...
