What happened?

Players can't use runes in ladders and stairs for exemple. Global:

Canary: There is not enought room.

In additional runes can't be used on Npc's in tibia global = sorry not possible with a poff. Area and Heal runes can be used on canary.

What OS are you seeing the problem on?

Linux, Windows

Area Runes and bomb runes were solved with this PR. https://github.com/opentibiabr/canary/commit/944c74b25a1e757d9806d7526924f9bc70cc1779

Note: I tested the behaviour between UH and NPCs and you are right, player should not be able to use UH over NPCs but I couldn't fix the same way I did with Area and Bomb runes, sorry!
