What happened?

This bug was reported by a player.

When you complete the wheel of destiny for a paladin, your speed is bugged and you can't do anything else.

Could you be more specific, complete the skill wheel in which positions? What additional modifications? Did you use Gems?

I wasn't trying to simulate this error, it just happened.

It's rare but when you activate the perk to use haste spells with utito, sometimes, bug the speed. (like, I hunted using utito and utani for a few hours and then this happened)

Relogging it returns to normal.

Reproduced this bug without wheel of destiny. A player just hunted in roshamuul with utito and got this bug very often. He did not have anything filled in wheel of destiny.
