Only changes in the test directory, except pom.xml where I upgraded to JUnit 4.12.

even if some TODO comments are a little unproductive to leave there...

Yeah, sorry about the TODOs, I promise to have a hard look at them at the next update. Remove them or do something about them. Only problem is that I don't want to break existing code.
