[Feature]: 希望Date, DateRange, Datetime and DatetimeRange可以支持更多的API和支持默认字体修改。 #20

What problem does this feature solve

1、DatetimeRange可以支持禁用天数，是否需要显示time。 2、time可以设置最小分钟为30。 3、多支持一些可选择的API。
