Warning 156 The referenced component 'OpenTK' could not be found. OpenTK.Rift #8

I'm getting this warning for sdk0.3.x branch. The referenced OpenTK.dll cannot be found. However, whenever I use a different OpenTK.dll version it works fine - no complains in visual studio. Maybe the file is corrupted somehow ? By the way, can I use different OpenTK.dll version ?
