Compliance with Vonage repo standards and More - Dev to Master #154

Since I know there are a ton of other PRs being staged, can we do a final merge of this dev branch into master, and retarget any other PRs against master? This branch is getting pretty heavy, and since we're deprecating the need for this branch anyway we might as well get it merged before we add even more.
