Removed the deprecated OpenTok class and added the methods attached to it to the Client class.
Added HLS option support, a new test for the error case where lowLatency and dvr modes are simultaneously selected, and added a new custom exception.
Documented methods that were previously undocumented in the readme.

When this is merged I will release a new minor version.
