Updates the Android sample to use the current APIs and removes the usage of deprecated APIs.
Uses Maven for Android SDK download
Updated the Android sample minSdkVersion and targetSdkVersion

Adds camera and microphone usage description for iOS
Fixes iOS Architecture flags
