Fixed missing ";" again and Readme #570

Hello @TeslaRus I fixed another missing ";" and reworked compiling section to just have linux.

PS: you can remove the entity_model_ID_override.lua: https://github.com/opentomb/OpenTomb/tree/master/scripts/entity

it is better to move readme.md changes to the separate PR
