Touch panning lags with subxsheets #1915

When touch controls are active, and a sub-sheet is visible in a scene, the touch panning behavior lags drastically. Hiding the sub-Xsheet returns panning speed to normal. I'm using OS X 10.13.3 with a touchpad.

It looks like it's not a sub-sheet by itself that causes the lag, but the combination of a sub-sheet with a connected complex plastic mesh.
