Toggle onion skin shortcut is not working at start. #5012

Description

the shortcut you set for 'Activate Onion Skin' is not working the first time Opentoonz run. The shortcut will work only if you select it on the context menu (right click).

Expected Behavior

The shortcut for 'Activate Onion skin' should work the first time Opentoonz run.

You need to click the Onion Skin bar at the top of the timeline to activate the fixed (blue dot) or relative (red/green dot) Onion Skin Toggle for this shortcut to work on a series of frames. So this shortcut is a slightly different from the context menu (right click). But I agree that it wouldn't be bad to work the same as the context menu.
