Rhubarb Processing Error #159

Just toying around with animation software, no programming background, I've tried in both OpenToonz and Tahoma to use the Rhubarb extension, I've done the settings in preferences but keep getting the same error, tried installing older versions, uninstalling and reinstalling, and that's about as far as my troubleshooting goes, the error I keep getting is as follows;

Error Processing file C:\users\XXXXXXX\appdata\local\Tahoma2D\cache\rhubarb\temp.wav Error performing speech recognition via PocketSphinx tools Could not determine path of bin directory canonical

Any help you can offer would be amazing, just trying to make my stupid ghost stupid talk without stupid animating everything frame by frame. Thx.

For those apt to assist... Here's a good opportunity for documtation and links to resources for Lip Sync options to include use of Rhubarb in Opentoonz and related programs.
