Camera settings along X- Y axis #163

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Same behavior betwen camera test and his settings (scan & cleanup menu) and the camera settings (Xsheet menu) . If we could have the same functionality as the X and Y functions to move the camera along these axes, it would really ease the repositioning cases especially on the vector level or when importing an SVG file to compensate for the offset with the camera. And also in the case of conversions and cleanups.

Add same behavior than camera test to camera settings at least the X-Y behavior to move the camera.
