Playback controls for swatch viewer #164

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When we maximize the fx setting panel and enlarge the swatch viewer part completely, it becomes impossible to launch some playback controls like play and loop, their shortcut not working either. And we have to use for example the viewer window in floating mode to be able to launch the animation.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having access to the physical buttons at the bottom of the swatch viewer and or shortcuts) would be ideal to allow to play the animation easily.

A random curiousity... I wonder if the fact that the swatch windows don't pre-load/cache all available frames doesn't heavily contribute to why the windows draw and redraw so quickly.

I learned a few things while researching this request, such as...

Use of the shortcut key (P by default) works with FX swatch viewer.
Use of the Preview icon does not allow for previewing animation when using Play/shortcut or when launching Play via other means such as Viewer play icon.
Use of Camera Preview icon in swatch viewer DOES allow for previewing of animation

I didn't test with all FX but the above does appear to be consistent.

Adding workaround and roadmap tags based on the ability to use shortcut P in swatch viewer to launch playback and to run a general scrub of the Swatch Viewer itself with an eye for charting a developmental path forward.
