While at translating this section into Spanish, I walked through this explanation, that (at least to me) it doesn't seem to be too well described.
at the end of the To prevent an animation walking cycle from moon-walking tip, it says:
If the animation is a cycle and you want the character to keep on walking, the last hook position has to be connected to the first, and the hook has to pass from one foot to the other by splitting it, and then to the first one again by splitting it again.
well... I suppose what is telling is that you have to split the hook in the last position as if the animation continued, and at the fist frame also split the hook, as if the animation came running from earlier frames.
but then, I'm not sure about it.
