Request a page/section be created as a landing page for users be directed to when they click a 'Report Bug' llink in Opentoonz Help Menu.

The section/page woud highlight and link:

Opentoonz Troubleshooting Forum Opentoonz Feature Request Forum Github Bug Reporting (github)

If resources or infrastructure change the links on the page can be changed without resorting to updating the link in Opentoonz code.

Closing as I think this has been and continues to be addressed in other locations.
