Feature request: resize discussion panel #117

When reading a paper on a laptop, the corresponding discussion tab for a single annotation is quite narrow. This leaves the actual PDF view with large empty margins, while the text in the room messages has a large number of line breaks and is overall quite cramped. This is particularly significant for discussions with lots of mathematical notation. It would be nice if I could drag to resize the discussion panel, or even just make it "fullscreen" like it is on mobile.
