Update dependencies #106

Update package dependencies

removed these packages since they were already included in the framework references
this also removed the version lock conflicts which would block use in .NET 8 or 8.0.0 or higher package versions

Since this not going to be maintained, I forked and produced a new package Spark.OpenTracing.Contrib.NetCore removed legacy frameworks and unnecessary dependencies and targeted for net6.0+,

You should migrate to OpenTelemetry if possible, it can not migrate, consider this for build
