Upgrade to SA v1.2.0 API spec #6

The changes in this PR reflect a new requirement that is imposed by the SpecialAgent that mandates an explicit declaration of a plugin's name. The name is intended to distinguish the plugins inside SpecialAgent with a short, concise, and intuitive name.

@jam01, the Travis build is failing, but it should not be. Could you trigger a rebuild for this PR?

@jam01, SpecialAgent v1.2.0 is released. Since there is an API change, the current version of your plugin is not compatible with SpecialAgent. Please let me know when you merge and release the changes in this PR, and I will re-add this plugin into SpecialAgent. I hope to release SpecialAgent 1.2.1, with this plugin, next week on 6/7/2019.
