Server Startup error on including java-spring-jaeger dependency

mvn dependency added in the pom :

       <groupId>io.opentracing.contrib</groupId>
      <artifactId>opentracing-spring-jaeger-cloud-starter</artifactId>
      <version>3.3.1</version>

application.properties:

opentracing.jaeger.udp-sender.host=localhost opentracing.jaeger.udp-sender.port=6831 opentracing.jaeger.log-spans=true opentracing.jaeger.enable-b3-propagation = true opentracing.jaeger.enable-w3c-propagation = true
