removed upper limit on OT version #6

No reasons to limit to OT < 1.2 anymore.

I'm not sure we want this - when we release OT 2.0 (which should be happening relatively soon), I'd like to bump OT version (and even in that case, it should be >=2.0,<3.0).

Any reason for removing this right now? Is there any specific bit you really need from OT in any specific version?

Closing this in favor of the latest changes for master (which now points to <2.0) and v1.0.0(which points now to >=2.0,<2.1)
