Include "No Image" Placeholder for Trail Images / Trail Images will need to be consumed from OuterSpatial #157

Currently, the application anticipates an image for each trail. We expect to have URLs to those images delivered by OuterSpatial.

That feature does not yet exist. For the time being, we should probably just include a "no image available" placeholder for each trail.
