Switch to open source maps #2

Currently Google Maps is used for the map tiles. OSM tiles could be used instead (in the future, the javascript part could be written using leaflet).

OSM is now the default map provider after d994e946384b23c4b1c53fd4a09ecf3d6669ed07. The user can still switch from OSM to others.
