The idea is to have only active alliance membership information in ori_airlines.csv. Currently, the memberships are outdated, e.g. TAM airlines.
this pull request changes make_ori_airline_public.awk to only consider active alliance memberships. Unfortunately I was not able to actually rerun the script (and therefore update ori_airlines.csv) because of missing data files.
