Integrate basic design elements

Goal

Get a basic, clean design in place, based on our mocks.

IMPORTANT: The goal is not to do a pixel by pixel implementation of the mocks. We are doing a prototype, and the goal is is just to get something clean that we can iterate on later. With that in mind, the overall flow for this task:

• Integrate with the base "app theme" we have for Open Knowledge
• Customize that theme for the color palette that is in the Open Trials UI mocks
• Integrate the icon, favicon from the current opentrials.net landing page
• Integrate some of the text and panel styling from the mocks - use your judgement - as long as it is clean and "good enough"

  Tasks

• [x] Integrate the base Open Knowledge app theme, by including the CSS from the hosted CDN (see the getting started guide). The code repo is here and the example site for the theme is here
  • [x] Note that this is instead of vanilla bootstrap, not on top of
• [x] Integrate core elements for our mock ui
  • [x] Icon/logo (http://opentrials.net/img/icon.png), and the header in general (but keep the new-style "Open Knowledge" ribbon)
  • [x] The blue color instead of all the green in the default theme
  • [x] Maybe use the background image (http://opentrials.net/img/bg.jpg)
