alt_name really likes “Brooks Meadow Road” #1

“Brooks Meadow Road” is the alt_name for all rows in both street_segements and streets_conflated. (Not a huge priority, and not even sure there's an alt_name available in OSM, but this ticket is a good excuse to practice logging bugs).
