VOTE: Should we update the Trip Itinerary? #157

For the TriMet tripplanner, we now format the itinerary differently than the code running for OTP. Namely, we tuck the 2nd/3rd/4th option under the first. Please see:

Should we do the same for OTP, or leave as-is?

Sifting through old tickets. The TriMet planner places the headers for alternate itineraries below the detail of the first itinerary, while OTP still places all itinerary headers at the top before the detail of the first itinerary. No strong preference here, but I do like the TriMet way so +1 on at least making it an option in OTP.
