Handling crosswalks #496

Add some sort of unmarked crossing notation to the step that includes the unmarked crossing. "Right on Southwest Macadam (0.3 mi, includes unmarked crossing)". This is for crossings at nodes tagged with crossing=unmarked, for bike/walk trips.

Instead of using crosswalk, we could call all path=crossing/footway=crossing "street crossing", which eliminates the need for reading nodes to avoid calling an unmarked crossing a crosswalk.
