How should the following table be completed for the last column in vertical and sideways writing modes?

Writing mode Direction "on" position
horizontal-tb ltr right
horizontal-tb rtl left
vertical-rl ltr
vertical-rl rtl
vertical-lr ltr
vertical-lr rtl
sideways-rl ltr
sideways-rl rtl
