Should we be Link Prefetching all sidebar links? #958

Similar to https://github.com/openui/open-ui/issues/921 but more to discuss if we should even be Prefetching the sidebar links?

Prefetch should be used where a navigation is likely. For example we should prefetch the View Proposal / View Research links on respective pages. But Prefetching all sidebar links feels like a waste of network hops (especially when it's doubled up see above linked issue) when it's unlikely people will visit all of them.

@lukewarlow I don't have a strong opinion but the most used pages are the home page, active proposals, design systems and getting involved.

Looking at the analytics I think we're getting hit with bots pretty hard as there is no way that this traffic is legit.
