Determine ($) Tiers for Courses #24

We know customers will be able to produce free tier courses but what other tiers will there be? $30? $50? $100+? How much of this money (per student enrolled) goes to the collective? How much to the customer? and how much for operational costs?

Don't forget about offering a monthly option. Businesses, with good negotiating and marketing, can often be counted on to start paying and not quit.
