Partial update for #34

Pricing to be reviewed, approved, and added back in.

@cleverington what is the state of this PR? Do you still not want it merged? Or shall I review it further?

@mmilutinovic1313 This PR needs review between you and I before we merge it.

I wasn't going to deploy fixes / changes to the pricing prior to us meeting on it.

HOWEVER, I apparently failed at pulling the /prices page out from the repo.... 🗡

So.... we need to review https://github.com/elmsln/openulmus.org/pull/36/commits/46294263b481fab7cfd8fdc011ce563187bea1de to review things.
