To Test

[x] Login to ELMS:LN Server
[x] cd /var/www/html/
[x] git fetch origin version-1.3.10
[x] git checkout version-1.3.10
[x] bin/grav clear-cache
[x] Navigation to site ( https://openulmus.org/ ) and ensure all content is 'up' and stable
[x] Success! (Hopefully!)

Failure

@btopro Permissions on Linux is something I haven't had to fight with in three years, but it appears that root has ownership of about 2/3 of the files within the /html folder for openulmus.org ( /var/www/html ).

Can ownership be changed to ubuntu?

That may also be the cause behind the inability to install the Admin plugin, as attempted in issue #35
