Review and revise Open Ulmus service scope and model to sustain

In order to ensure 501c3 status via Open Collective Foundation #57, we should review and revise Open Ulmus service scope and model to sustain.

In order to cover operating costs #15, Open Ulmus should provide a mechanism, via OpenCollective and the Open Ulmus platform #1, to generate revenue from the following -

• Individual contributions, corporate sponsorship
• In-kind & direct support from partners
• % of funds raised for every project (campaign and/or course) hosted on the platform
• Foundation grants
• Events and fundraising campaigns

By providing services (producing classes, providing hosted instances) on behalf of partners, the above revenue streams should be enough to cover our operating cost without needing to provide any sort of paywall or tiered pricing #24.
